We believe that institutions—especially courts and government agencies—must retain full ownership and control of their data.

As policies, regulations, and operational needs evolve, dependency on vendor-managed systems can introduce unnecessary risk, cost, and complexity. For this reason, Liberty is designed to operate without forcing a specific storage model or infrastructure.
